We propose to expand and enhance a collaborative housing and support services program led by Housing Roommates Success Foundation, Inc. in partnership with Empowering Minds Achieving Greatness (EMAG). Together, we aim to provide safe, stable, and family-focused housing placements for families with young children (prenatal through age 5), using a shared housing model across five homes located in underserved Sacramento zip codes.
